Serena has been designing e-commerce websites since 1999. As part of the development team of a highly successful product named "Best Off-the-Shelf E-Commerce Package of 2000" by Home Office Computing, she became team leader on the
new user interface design of the second release of that product. Serena also does graphic design and branding.

education and entertainment. His music programs have appeared on PBS,
and he has garnered three Emmy nominations.
Real Audio - Lee Callister
Lee Callister , former video editor and founder of the North Bay Multimedia Association,
has been involved in the new media industry since 1992. He designs Websites and specialzes in online e-commerce capabilities.
Kari Ontko, founder and principal of India Ink, a multi-discipline design firm,
brings fresh insight to each project. Since 1987, Kari has been working with
clients large and small on award-winning projects, including logos, brochures,
sales materials, catalogs, book and web design.
